The use of an Electric Vehicle (EV), particularly in different operations of goods distribution is a solution for salvaging the crowded cities of the world from air and noise pollutions as well as Green House Gas (GHG) emission. This paper presents a Multi-Depot Electric Vehicle Routing Problem (MD-EVRP) with recharging stations by considering the expected penalty of fuzzy time windows in pickup/delivery. Since the MD-EVRP with Fuzzy Time Windows and Pickup/Delivery (MD-EVRP-FTW-PD) constraints is an NP-hard problem, three meta-heuristics (i.e., Simulated Annealing (SA), Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) and a hybrid of SA and VNS (VNS-SA)) are used to solve such a hard problem. The parameters of these algorithms are measured by the Taguchi experimental design method. The proposed hybrid VNS-SA algorithm is more efficient in comparison with other algorithms.

This paper examines the petrochemical companies listed on the stock from the perspective of health indicators. Petrochemical companies are working to create health platforms to prevent accidents and reduce health costs. In this study, using two-stage data envelopment analysis technique, the efficiency and effectiveness of petrochemical companies, were investigated from a health point of view and was done by using health indicators. In this research, five inputs are used for two intermediate production and finally for the last three outputs of petrochemical companies from the aspect of human health. The results show that Maroon and Jam petrochemical companies have been more efficient than other well-known companies and the Shazand Petrochemical Company in the second part of achieving the final result.Of the seven petrochemical companies in total, none have had full productivity, but Maroon and Jam Petrochemicals have been targeted first and second in productivity, respectively.

Nowadays selecting the best inspectors has triggered a substantially significant issue among today’s competitive environment, in particular some prominent banks. It’s because the efficient supervision of banking activities is necessary for both achieving a powerful economic environment and financial stability of the country, Chief inspectors as highest position of the banks play an important role. Additionally, the bank inspectors are in charge of supervising bank activities to ensure that there is sufficient capital and reserves to deal with risks when they encounter to critical situations. On the other hand, although the banking supervision costs is really high, but the poor monitoring can bring about higher costs. So, this paper presents a hybrid method of fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy TOPSIS to select the best chief inspector of banks based on some various qualitative and quantitative criteria with different priorities. The Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS methods are used to determine the weight importance of criteria and ranking the selected inspectors, respectively. The proposed method was applied to a real case study on one of the most prominent Banks of Iran country and the obtained results show that our proposed method is so practical to make the best decision of selecting the bank chief inspectors.
