Nowadays, designing a reliable network for blood supply chains by which most blood demands can be supplied is an important problem in the health care systems. In this paper, a multi-objective model is provided to create a sustainable blood supply chain, which contains multiple donors, collection centers, distribution centers, and hospitals at different echelons. Regarding the potential of a blood shortage occurring, the suggested model considers the supply chain's capacity to meet hospitals' blood demands as dependable and a means of achieving the societal purpose. In addition, limiting the overall cost and environmental effect of designing a supply network and blood transportation are considered economical and environmental objectives. To solve the proposed multi-objective model, an improved ε-constraint approach is first employed to construct a single-objective model. Additionally, an imperialist competitive algorithm is developed to solve the single-objective model. Several test cases are analysed to determine the technique's effectiveness. CPLEX is then used to compare the results.

Although the importance of supply chain agility considering the necessity of speed of action, response to customers, progressive changes in the market, consumers’ needs, etc. in many industries is clear both scientifically and experimentally, today organizations have found that the benefit from this cooperation is greater than cases performed without collaboration with relevant organizations. Meanwhile, supply chain management refers to integration of all processes and activities in the supply chain through improving the relations and implementing the organizational processes in order to achieve competitive advantages. On the other hand, uncertainty in the supply chain results in non-optimality of decisions that are made with assumption of certainty. Accordingly, the main aim of this research is to provide a model for supply chain in an agile and flexible state based on uncertainty variables. The method of research has been based on a mathematical model, whose stages of implementation are investigated by breaking down this model step-by-step. For this purpose, in the first stage and after getting familiar with the intended modeling industry, solution and simulation were done. Eventually the results were compared indicating that through reducing the risk-taking (increasing the protection levels), the objective function which was of minimization type worsened. This study also showed that model robustification is very important in order to reduce the risk of decision-making.

This paper, presents a mathematical model of a four-level supply chain under hyperchaos circumstances. The analysis of this model shows that the hyper-chaotic supply chain has an unstable equilibrium point. Using Lyapunov's theory of stability, the problem of designing a hyperchaotic supply chain control is investigated. The design of the nonlinear controller is performed first to synchronize two identical hyper-chaotic systems with different initial conditions and then to eliminate the chaotic behavior in the supply chain and move to one of unstable equilibrium points, as well as different desired values at different times. A different supply chain is predicted to demonstrate the performance of the controller. In the next part of numerical simulation, with the control of the distributor as the center of gravity of the model, the stability of the entire chaotic supply chain can be achieved. The most important point in designing a control strategy is the ability to implement it in the real world. Numerical simulation results in all stages show that the applied nonlinear control policy can provide supply chain stability in a short period of time, also, the behavior of control signals has low amplitude and oscillations. In other words, it represents a low cost to control the hyperchaotic supply chain network.

The present study investigated the role of strategic cost management as a moderating variable on the relationship between supply chain practices, Top Management Support (TMS), and financial performance improvement. Financial performance improvement was considered as a dependent variable, while supply chain practices, strategic cost management, and TMS were taken as the main independent variables. Besides, the financial structure and the firm size were considered as control variables. The research sample included 165 companies that were selected using random sampling from among companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The data were collected using the Senior Management Survey (SMS) to measure supply chain practices, TMS, and strategic cost management. The results of the structural equation modeling after discriminant tests showed that strategic cost management had a positive and significant effect on the relationship between different subscales of supply chain practices and different measures of financial performance improvement. The results also showed that the relationship between strategic cost management, senior management support, supply chain activities and improving financial performance is non-linear and so that Supply Chain Integration (SCI) is more effective at low and medium levels and at higher levels. The above has a lesser or even negative effect.

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) includes up-to-date forecasts that lead to sales schedules, production schedules, inventory schedules, customer delivery plans, new product development plans, and financial plans. The purpose of this study is to identify the affecting factors of the implementation of the S&OP Process and determine the significance of each of them, as well as the ranking of the implementing department of this process by using the fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS. Data collections in this research, by 10 experts of different planning and production departments of Kalleh dairy production company in 2018 have been conducted. To identify the factors, research findings and expert opinion have been used and the required data have been collected through the designed questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by the experts in this area, and its reliability has been analyzed using the incompatibility rate of the AHP method. The data analysis in this study was done using coding in Eecel software. The results show that among the S&OP executing parts, the highest impact of factors on UHT section was observed with 0.56 points and the lowest impact on the concentration with 0.37 points. The major affecting factors of sales and operations planning process implementation, relations with countries of the region and the world, customs rules (roof of the outflow of currency from the country in return for raw materials) and inflation rate and currency changes are known that the organization can be grown in order to thrive to generalize these issues.

The present study aimed to explore the role of mediating factors of market orientation with regard to supply chain performance to help the firms achieve high levels of performance via identification of mediating factors of market orientation effective on supply chain performance and determining their degree of importance. The statistical population included all managers and experts of the purchasing, business and selling sector of Reef Iran Chemical and Industrial Group among whom 85 persons were selected as the statistical sample. The obtained results disclosed that mediating factors of market orientation including decentralization, formalization, control system, inter-sectoral coordination, senior managers' support and reward system have a significant relation with supply chain performance. According to results of regression test, control system and decentralization are more effective than other factors in supply chain cycle. This shows that they have a positive effect on marketing, market-oriented behavior and supply chain performance of firms.
