Performance measurement is an annual process that evaluates employee performance and productivity against predetermined goals. Performance management is a determining factor in raising salaries and promoting employees. It can accurately examine the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of employees. So, it is very essential. In this paper, indicators are determined based on a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to evaluate the performance of wood industry employees. For this purpose, 47 indicators are suggested and investigated by a questionnaire, of which 38 are confirmed using the nonparametric Wilcoxon’s signed-rank. The confirmed indicators are ranked using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. BCS has four dimensions, the dimension of growth and learning, the dimension of internal processes, the dimension of customer, and the dimension of finance. According to the results, the dimension of growth and learning is more important in the wood industry. Among the sub-indicators, the indicator of performing assigned tasks, the indicator of traffic and attendance, and the indicator of trust and responsibility are three critical indicators in the performance of wood industry employees.

Company is an organization that provides or produces products/services. Various types of companies and the complexity of the process make the company must be able to continue to grow and compete with competitors. To win the competition, companies must have a strategy to improve performance. TPM is part of the strategy implemented in the company. In Indonesia, not all companies apply TPM, automotive component painting companies apply and measure performance through PQCDSM as a whole. The result of TPM implementation is an increase in production performance which has an impact on reducing quality costs, increasing production, increasing the effectiveness of equipment use because the total of damaged equipment is less. TPM implementation through OEE production performance/engine efficiency increased by 68.7%.

Considering the position of free zones in the country's commercial development, the present study identifies and ranks the factors affecting the attraction of domestic and foreign investments in the development of Iran's free trade zones and is customized in Amirabad port free zone. The present study is in the group of descriptive-survey research in terms of applied purpose and data collection method, which used statistical tests and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach. In this regard, the statistical population of the study includes all actual and potential investors and managers of economic units located in the Amirabad Behshahr Free Zone, of which 385 people were analyzed using a questionnaire. The results obtained in the present study at the second level show that the first and the most important criteria is the management issues, followed by strategic planning, infrastructure, economic policies, laws and regulations, and finally location. Next, the most important factor is related to facilities and infrastructure, followed by the existence of natural resources and public budget allocation.

Contractors help the government in carrying out construction and service projects. To reduce the risks resulting from the preparation and implementation of construction projects, the insurance industries should cooperate to include risk management. Contractors are facing many challenges regarding their insurance. Therefore, in this study, significant attention has been paid to identifying and ranking the challenges of contractor insurance in construction projects. The required information has been collected through the Delphi method and the opinions of experts in contracting companies. To identify the challenges, an open-ended questionnaire was distributed among the experienced insurance officials and 38 challenges have been identified. The relevant challenges formed the basis of a closed-ended questionnaire and the respondents were asked to re-evaluate their accuracy. Then, the approved challenges were the basis of the fuzzy best-worst method for weighing and ranking the related challenges. The results showed that the failure to provide specific consultation to contractors regarding the legal obligations of social security is the most important challenge in the field of contract insurance.

Road infrastructure in Nigeria is in a state of decay arising from various factors such as construction with low quality materials and poor maintenance. Therefore, there is a need to ensure that the materials used for construction are of the required standards and the alternative construction materials are available to reduce construction cost. In this research work, Cow Bone Ash (CBA) was used as filler in producing the asphaltic concrete samples. Then, Marshall Stability and flow test were carried out on the asphaltic concrete samples. The materials used in this study include 60/70 penetration grade bitumen, river sand, and crushed granites obtained from three selected quarries with various tests carried out to determine their suitability for use. The lower quality aggregates, based on the tests carried out on the aggregate samples, have shown to negatively affect the asphaltic concrete. The aggregate samples had average elongation index of 33.9% and abrasion index of 29.6%, while the asphaltic concrete samples had Marshall Stability values (with and without) CBA of 36.99 KN and 46.84 KN, respectively. The results of the flow test on the asphaltic concrete samples gave 8.29 mm with CBA and 14.71 mm without CBA. The study also reveals that asphaltic concrete samples produced without CBA as fillers are better as they have an average stability value of 15.61 KN and average flow value of 4.90 mm than those produced with CBA which have average stability value of 12.36 KN and an average flow value of 4.90 mm. Statistical analysis shows that the source of aggregate, significantly affects the properties of asphaltic concrete.

Nowadays, due to continuous changes in the environment of organizations, the performance evaluation of productive or non-productive companies is not as simple as the past. In spite of the high sale and income of existing companies in the game industry, there are always unsuccessful game products and failed companies. So the digital game industry needs an appropriate performance evaluation system. In this paper, a model for performance assessment of companies in the digital game industry is proposed using integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. In order to design the evaluation system, the strategies and visions of the game companies are extracted as the initial step. The next step is to extract corresponding attributes and measures based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard. In the following, the weights of each measure, attributes and dimensions are obtained based on the expert’s opinion. Finally, the results of the implementation of the proposed model of the digital game company are calculated and the efficiency of the model for performance evaluation of the digital game industry is shown.
