Today’s performance evaluation system is the key factor in organization for evaluates the efficiency then plan for the future. Organization requires the methods that evaluate different aspects of the organization in spite of traditional methods that just consider to financial aspects of organization. Considering agile project management is useful because of the variation of changes in the business world and trying to satisfy the customer then gain the competitive market. Succeed organization are which have more ability, speed and flexibility to answer the marketing changes. So notice agile project management in project based organization with the talent to consult and performing constructional project is so an important object. The purpose of this study is performance evaluation in project based organization with agile project management approach using data envelopment analysis. proposed model perform in 6 project based organization in Isfahan organization with constructional background that end their project in 2011-2014. The results of the study show that with notice to per approach and its effective index, can reach to higher efficiency.

Automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) is traditionally used in manufacturing and warehousing. Especially, AGVS has many applications in flexible manufacturing system (FMS) (see, e.g., Ganesharajah, Hall, & Sriskandarajah, 1998; Seo & Egbelu, 1999;Vosniakos & Mamalis, (1990). Agents are event-driven objects that can integrant in automated manufacturing environments to control certain tasks. In this paper a set of agents (a multi-agent system) is introduced to control an automated manufacturing environment. The studied problem can be modeled as a job shop where the jobs have to transported between machines by AGVs. This article introduces based on a disjunctive graph to modulate the joint scheduling problem and for machines and AGVs scheduling. The objective is to minimize the make span. Some case studies were used to show the effectiveness of simulation in solving these problems

One of the great challenges of most of the investment companies is the analysis of investment risk costs in the development of new products, in the initial stages of production. This study develops the appropriate methods for the analysis of kinds of investment risk costs, within the three-dimensional concurrent engineering. This study presents a suggested model based on multi-objective programming and multi-attribute decision-making. This model considers the qualitative and quantitative parameters relevant to the process of new product creation, such as supply chain parameters, and investment risk for each project in the early stages of product design. And at the end, it identifies and selects the best design with minimum of investment risk cost.

The present survey explores the effects of institutional quality on foreign direct investment in selected OPEC member countries. To this end, the annual data of foreign direct investment, institutional quality index, gross domestic product, and freedom of the trade index in Angola, Algeria, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela were employed for the time period 1999-2010. The results of Im, Pesaran and Shin unit root test (2003) and Levin, Lin and Chu test (2002) revealed that all variables are stationary. As Pesaran test (2004) and Frees test (2004) show cross-sectional dependence correlation among the sections, the seemingly unrelated regressions (SUR) model was used. Estimation results disclosed that besides gross domestic product and freedom of the trade that have a positive and significant effect on attracting foreign direct investment, the effect of institutional quality on foreign direct investment is positive and significant too in the countries under study. Also, the results showed that among institutional development indexes, political stability and absence of violence, government effectiveness and control of corruption have a positive and significant effect on foreign direct investment in the countries under study.

Environmental issues and globalization pushed companies to be more environmentally conscious and socially responsible. Recently, term of sustainability has been extended in various aspects like manufacturing processes to respond to mentioned concern. Moreover, numerous industries and companies applied sustainable supply chain to achieve more advantageous economically as well as environmentally. Many factors exist, that play significant role in SSCM strategies implementation. These critical success factors receive more attention from various angles of management in recent years and help managers to increase competitive advantage and reach to the company’s goals. Identification and investigation of CSFs in SSCM is so important to realize the sustainability. Some of these factors are common between two dimensions and some of them are mutual among all three main dimensions in triple line bottom in sustainability. In this paper, related literature around critical success factors in supply chain is explained and some of the factors are introduced. Then role of interaction between critical success factors and sustainability criteria are discussed.
