This paper addresses the problem of constructing a performance assessment model. The developed model is constructed based on strategic management, intelligence systems, and expert ideas, and then it is implemented in Tehran municipality to show acceptable results for mayors. The proposed model consists of 10 steps, including team construction, vision consideration, process identification, indicator selection, weight calculation, data collection, data Extract-Transform-Load, data warehouse, analysis and reporting, feedback, and improvement processes. Analytical Hierarchy Process and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution are used for weight calculations and ranking the city's distinct. In addition, we use the Simple Weighted Mean method in four different data normalization ways and standardize the data to compare the results and use a criterion to select the robust answer. Moreover, we compare our model with the European Foundation for Quality Management model and Balance Scorecard. The proposed model is conducted at offices of plan monitoring, project control, and performance evaluation in planning, human capital development, and council affairs department at Tehran municipality.

Bed production has an important market in the furniture sector. In spite of the fact that sponge is generally preferred as filler in the production process of beds, increasing prices in recent years and the preference of new materials with the development of alternative filling materials have increased. Recently it is seen other than sponge, the granule, wadding, and STW are also used as filling material in bed production. From the management point of view, the choice of filler is an important decision problem that depends on the situation of the business and many objective and subjective criteria must be taken into consideration. It is appropriate to examine such a problem with the Analytical Hierarchy Method (AHP) and the ELECTRE method, which have the ability to make quantitative evaluations and synthesize factor weights from subjective judgments. The criteria for selection of the filler material and the extent to which the criterion will affect the evaluation are important decision points. The opinions of experts in bed production were consulted to determine the criteria to be used in the evaluation. The obtained results show that four basic criteria must be taken into consideration in the selection of filler material. In this study, AHP was used for determining the criteria weights, and ELECTRE methods were used for the selection of the best filling material. The results showed that wadding is the optimum filler material for bed production.

The Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector, the highest earning foreign currency segment, has had a great influence on GDP (gross domestic product) since 1980. With new technology adaption as well as cheap labor force, this sector has placed the second position of exporting after China. To capture the market position, the management has to give more attention on maintaining Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) guideline properly. This paper proposes a structured framework for occupational risk assessment by means of quantitative way and also provided remedies of those risks in garments industry in the context of Bangladesh. Here, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied for measuring the severity of safety, healthy, and environmental risk factors and QFD to prioritize the possible solutions. Through the literature review and extracting opinions from experts, a total of four evaluation criteria and sixteen risk factors under SHE categories are recognized and examined via AHP approach to measure their importance. The results demonstrate that ‘Fire’ ‘Contagious diseases’, and ‘Noise’ take high priority in safety, health, and environment related risk factors. The findings of this paper may help the garment industry effectively through the proper identification of the most influential risk factors and generating solutions to mitigate this issue.

Some company strategies in managing business that can be implemented are Supply Chain Management (SCM). SCM works to ensure the availability of the material obtained from the supplier. With the increasingly advanced information technology in line with the progress in hardware and software technologies, the computing methods are also growing. One of the most important computing methods in its development is the Decision Support System (DSS). Every company is required to move quickly in decision-making or action, similarly, in the selection of suppliers. Nowadays, due to continuous changes in the environment of organizations, the performance evaluation of productive or non-productive companies is not as simple as the past. In spite of the high sale and income of existing companies in the game industry, there are always unsuccessful game products and failed companies. So the digital game industry needs an appropriate performance evaluation system. In this paper, a model for performance assessment of companies in the digital game industry is proposed using integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. In order to design the evaluation system, the strategies and visions of the game companies are extracted as the initial step. The next step is to extract corresponding attributes and measures based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard. In the following, the weights of each measure, attributes and dimensions are obtained based on the expert’s opinion. Finally, the results of the implementation of the proposed model of the digital game company are calculated and the efficiency of the model for performance evaluation of the digital game industry is shown.
