In this paper, a new type of vehicle routing problem in the valuable commodity transportation industry is modeled considering the route risk constraint. The proposed model has two objective functions for risk minimization. In the first objective function, three concepts are presented, which are: 1) the vehicle does not travel long distances in the first three moves because it carries more money, 2) to serve the same branch on two consecutive days, at the same time 3) The bow should not be repeated in two consecutive days. This reduces the possibility of determining a fixed pattern for the service and increases the security of the service. In the second objective function, risk is a function of the amount of money, the probability of theft and the probability of its success. To solve the proposed model, two different meta-heuristic algorithms including genetic algorithm and ant colony optimization algorithm have been used. In computational testing, the best parameter settings are determined for each component and the resulting configurations are compared in the best possible settings. The validity of the answers of the algorithms has been investigated by generating different problems in various dimensions and using the real information of Shahr Bank. The results show that the genetic algorithm provides better results compared to the ant colony algorithm with an average of 0.93% and a maximum of 1.87% difference with the optimal solution.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a new Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) framework for identification, prioritization and improvement of failure modes. A hybrid multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) method combining Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and VlseKriterijumska optimizacija I KOm-promisno Resenje (VIKOR) is used to rank the risk of failure modes identified in FMEA. For this purpose, the SWARA method is utilized to obtain the influential weights and then VIKOR technique is employed to give the prioritization levels for the failure modes in safety equipment. A case study of a gas company in Lorestan Province (Iran) is provided to illustrate the potential application and benefits of the proposed FMEA approach. The obtained results show that the new risk priority model can be effective to find high risk failure modes and create suitable maintenance strategies. The proposed FMEA also can overcome the shortcomings, improve the effectiveness of the traditional FMEA and provide useful information to help in managing risks of safety equipment.

Recognition and select appropriate strategies to improve the condition of organizations in the eve of the crisis is important. Due to proper planning horizons in strategy-focused organizations, risk and decision making under uncertainty is greatly reduced. Therefore, it's necessary to specification and characterization the relationship between strategic management and risk management and select the best strategy of it. Accordingly, in this paper to demonstrate a direct correlation between the results of managerial strategic decision making and environmental analysis of organizations to find its strategic condition is used compilation model that both of them in order to inappropriate condition of organization are for selection the best option. The strategic areas identified by analyzing the internal and external environment of the organization, which includes the recognition of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the help of SWOT Matrix. Finally, based on the criteria and methods of Wald classical approaches, Hurwicz, Maximax, Savage, Laplace, mean-variance decisions are based on expectations, the most likely conditions, Expected Opportunity Loss (EOL), the cost of uncertainty, the coefficient of variation and limits of responsibility, two strategies are determined by the choice of strategies. Also research has been conducted in Epic Arya Carton and the results are presented.
