In spite of the high sale and income of existing companies in the game industry, there are always unsuccessful game products and failed companies. So the digital game industry needs an appropriate performance evaluation system. In this paper, a model for performance assessment of companies in the digital game industry is proposed using integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. In order to design the evaluation system, the strategies and visions of the game companies are extracted as the initial step. The next step is to extract corresponding attributes and measures based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard. In the following, the weights of each measure, attributes and dimensions are obtained based on the expert’s opinion.
